Admissions Policies
& Procedures

- Complete Application and submit it to: AgapeEarly@gmail.com.
- Send in application fee.
- Acceptance will be on a 30-day temporary basis pending receipt of the following:
(a) Student Records
(b) Health Records
(c) Parent/Center Agreement - The signing of the financial contract and tuition completes the admission process.

General Information
HOURS OF OPERATION:
6:30 am - 5:30 pm

AGES: 6 weeks - 12 years old
MEALS PROVIDED: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Snack (Preschool & Above)
ACADEMIC CURRICULUM: We use ABEKA books, which is a nationally recognized Bible-based curriculum. Students are taught ABC's, numbers, colors, shapes, manners, social skills, songs, Bible verses, etc.
TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED: From Mt. Rainier & Thomas Stone Elementary Schools.
VOUCHERS: Maryland "Purchase of Care" vouchers are accepted. DC vouchers are NOT accepted. Co-payments are due on Monday every week.
PAYMENTS: Payments are due Monday through Brightwheel for each week. If payments are received on Wednesday add $10.00; on Thursday add $20.00; and on Friday add $30.00 to original payment.
LATE PICK-UP FEES: $2.00 per minute per child after 5:30 pm.
PROBATION PERIOD: There is a 30-day Probationary Period to make sure that the Center is suited to your child's needs, and to make sure that your child is able to adjust to the Center.

Ages 6 weeks to 23 months $250.00 per week

Preschool (Full Time)
Non-Potty Trained (2 yrs.) $200.00 per week
Potty Trained $190.00 per week
*After Care Only
After Care (2:00 - 5:30 pm) $100.00 per week
